Special request ng sister kong mahadera na i-feature ko siya. As if naman maraming makakabasa nito pero para naman hindi nya isiping isa akong masamang kapatid, eto na.

She actually requested me to post her picture hindi dahil banidosa siya at gusto nyang ma-display sa Internet kundi gusto nyang ipakita ang effectiveness ng Herbalife.

Actually, na-try ko na siya at effective talaga makapayat kung disiplinado at desidido ka (which I'm not... hehehe.) Imagine, once a day ka lang kakain ng full meal (rice, ulam, softdrinks, dessert, kahit ano!) pero para sa dalawang meal, Herbalife shake ang ipapalit (comes in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry). Puwede rin ito sa gustong magpataba. In between regular meals, uminom naman ng shake. Ganun lang!

Mahirap na program kse sa unang linggo maninibago ang body mo at feeling mo naghihina ka pero pagdating ng second week, masasanay na ang tyan mo hanggang magtagal, masasanay na siya'ng hindi kumain ng rice.
