Dear Ms. Rosennilagay ko sa form. Natanggap naman ni Ms. Rosen, ibinalik ang accomplished form, natawa ako nang mabasa ko ang pangalan:

Dabiana Lawson.

Rosen ... Lawson ... magkatunog!

Ay, mali!

Kapag more than $250 ang order ng customers sa web, tinatawagan para i-verify ang order (hirap na, daming fraudulent). Dalawa ang website, Bistek at 8TT -- bawal magkabaligtad, nakakahiyang magkamali.

"Hi, this is Gina of 8TT," pakilala ko sa isang customer. "Ay, wala kaming 8TT," sabi ng kausap ko, "baka nagkakamali ka." Tiningnan ko ang listahan. Patay, mali nga! Bistek pala siya, hindi 8TT.

Sinegundahan ko na lang ang customer na wrong number nga. Nag-sorry ako sabay baba ng telepono pero makalipas ang 4 na oras, muli ko siyang tinawagan:

"Hi, this is Sheena of Bistek..." (inartehan ko talaga ang pagbigkas ng pangalan, mahirap na baka maalala ang boses ko) "Oh, hi!" sagot ng customer.

Lusot!
